By using SettleUply you agree to these terms.
The service
SettleUply is a tool for recording shared expenses and calculating who owes whom. It does not hold, transfer or process payments between users, and balances are only as accurate as the information members enter.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users.
Your content
You own the data you add. You allow us to store and show it to the members of your groups so the service can work. Do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to share.
Premium
Premium is an optional paid plan with a free trial. Prices are shown in the app and on our website, and may change with notice. Subscriptions are managed through the app store you bought them from.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep SettleUply available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for disputes between group members about money.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
